My comp's went down from getting $100 free play to $35 free play.
I noticed the down hill trend when the hotel was about finished. My usual bank roll for a day of play is a $1,000 plus. I am a diamond player and did very well there until they started building the hotel onsite. I have gone to Harrah's since it first opened. let go of the machines a little and let people win more often. also we have noticed that the slot machines don't stop when hitting the stop buttons and most of the time they don't stop on the paylines. to get to fresh market buffet you go through smoking to that.also you need to put a wider variety of slot machines in nonsmoking instead of so many raffle reels. what has happened.we appreciate the non smoking area but you still have to go through smoking to get to anything.the bus lets you off in front and you walk through smoke to the back. you don't see as many servers with drinks most of the time we go get them ourselves and let people hold our machines for us. now when you need change and turn the light on it takes forever for someome to help you. attendants used to come around and clean the machine and keep the screens clean. but it has really gone looks dirty it's not kept up like it used to be. We started going to the cassino when it first opened and we really enjoyed it.
